Terms of service
These terms apply to wholesale orders placed with Chloé Gourmet via our online wholesale store.
1. Who can order
Our wholesale store is for approved business customers only (cafés, restaurants and other food businesses).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting as a business customer.
2. Brand attribution
Chloé Gourmet is a recognised pâtisserie brand known for quality and authenticity. When supplying products, the Client agrees to credit the Chloé Gourmet brand whenever such products are presented to customers, including:
- In-store product displays
- Menus, with the Chloé Gourmet name and/or logo
- Social media content
This attribution supports brand integrity and mutual commercial value.
3. How ordering works
- Orders are placed online through our wholesale website.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment has been completed at checkout.
- Once your order is confirmed, we schedule it into our weekly production plan.
4. Order cut-off
- Our weekly cut-off for orders is Sunday [time].
- Orders placed on or before Tuesday at midnight are normally produced and delivered Wednesday and Thursday, depending on our delivery routes and capacity.
- Orders placed after the cut-off may be moved to the following week, subject to production and delivery availability.
5. Payment terms
- All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
- Unpaid or failed payments mean the order is not confirmed and will not be produced or delivered.
- We currently accept card payment at checkout via our payment provider.
6. Minimum order & delivery fees
Minimums and delivery charges depend on your area:

Midlands
Orders of £300+: free delivery
Orders below £300: £20 delivery charge -
Rest of UK
Orders of £400+: free delivery
Orders below £400: £40 delivery charge
Your delivery area is agreed with you when your account is set up. If you are unsure which area you fall into, please contact us before ordering.
7. Delivery schedule
- Deliveries are usually made Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your area, route planning and production capacity.
- We do not guarantee a specific delivery day or time at checkout, but we aim to keep a consistent delivery pattern and will inform you if there are any significant changes or delays.
8. Out-of-stock items & refunds
Availability can occasionally change depending on stock levels and production capacity.
- If an item you’ve paid for is unavailable on the production or dispatch day, we will refund the value of that item to your original payment method.
- We do not ship substitute products without your agreement.
9. Order changes & cancellations
- If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Changes are generally only possible before the Sunday cut-off.
- After the cut-off, orders may already be in production and we may not be able to amend or cancel them.
10. Quality issues or missing items
If there is an issue with your delivery (e.g. damaged items, missing products or quality concerns):
- Please notify us on the day of delivery, or as soon as reasonably possible.
- We may ask for photos and basic information so we can investigate.
- Where appropriate, we will refund or replace the affected items, or agree another suitable solution with you.
11. Pricing and changes to these terms
- Prices are shown exclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.
- Our pricing may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in ingredient costs, packaging, labour, transport and wider market conditions.
- Any price changes apply to future orders only and will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
- We may also update these Wholesale Ordering Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
