Passionate about the art of pâtisserie, we take pride in sharing our Parisian culture. Born, raised and trained in Paris, we specialise in high-end, modern desserts, rooted in true French standards of quality and execution.

Realising a need in local cafés and restaurants, as dessert offerings are often repetitive and simplified, authentic, refined pâtisserie remains largely absent from everyday foodservice. Chloé Gourmet was created to address that reality.

Today, we collaborate with a wide range of businesses across the UK, from independent cafes to luxury lounges, helping them excel in the sweet side of their business by offering pâtisseries that combines refinement and reliability at scale.

How ordering works

1. Who can order

Our wholesale store is for approved business customers only. Fill up the Collab form to join!

2. Brand Attribution

As a recognised pâtisserie brand known for quality and authenticity, Chloé Gourmet enhances the value of the products it supplies. We therefore ask that our logo stays on whenever our products are presented to customers, including:

  • In-store product displays
  • Menus
  • Social media content

3. Order cut-off

  • Our weekly cut-off for orders is Tuesday at midnight.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off may be moved to the following week, subject to production and delivery availability.

  • Once your order is confirmed, we schedule it into our weekly production plan.

4. Minimum order & delivery fees

Minimums and delivery charges depend on your area:

  • Midlands
    Orders of £300+: free delivery
    Orders below £300: £30 delivery charge

  • Rest of UK
    Orders of £400+: free delivery
    Orders below £400: £40 delivery charge

Your delivery area is agreed with you when your account is set up. If you are unsure which area you fall into, please contact us before ordering.

5. Delivery schedule

  • Deliveries are usually made Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your area, route planning and production capacity.

  • We will inform you if there are any significant changes or delays.

6. Out-of-stock items & refunds

Availability can occasionally change depending on stock levels and production capacity.

  • If an item you’ve paid for is unavailable on the production or dispatch day, we will refund the value of that item to your original payment method.

  • We do not ship substitute products without your agreement.
